Introduction
By participating in the competition advertised as the ‘Grosvenor Mother’s Day Competition’, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. This competition is being run by Grosvenor, L&C Investments Ltd; also known as the Grosvenor, Northampton
Eligibility to Enter
The competition will run for one week starting on 12pm Thursday 29th February 2024 and ending on 10am Friday 8thth March 2024.
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Grosvenor employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
Only one entry per customer across the 1 week.
All entrances must comment 3 different emojis to describe your Mother Figure on the Grosvenor Facebook page.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
You will have to have resided within the UK for the past 3 years to enter.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Grosvenor’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The competition will be running for 1 week. We will have one prize winner. The winner will be revealed on social media and contacted on Friday 8th March 2024.
The winner will be chosen at random by a random online generator and notified via social media message. Grosvenor will make two attempts to contact the winners.
If the winner does not respond to the call and email informing them of their win within 14 days of the second attempt of contact, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Grosvenor reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Collection of the Prize
The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be available to collect, otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Grosvenor for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

If requested by Grosvenor, the winner agrees to release their first name and first letter of surname to any other competition participants.
The winner’s first name and first letter of surname will be announced on the Three Spires website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
Grosvenor accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Grosvenor reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
