Disabled Facilities
There are designated bays located in the car park. All levels of the car park are serviced by lifts. Disabled toilet facilities are located on Level One.
Cash Machine
Free cash machines are available on the Ground and First Floor.
Family Facilities
There are specially designated parking bays for customers with small children in the car park, as well as lift access to all floors. Baby changing facilities are located on the First Floor by Costa.
Amazon Lockers
Amazon Lockers are now available, located on the First Floor just a short walk past Boots and Vision Express.
Lost Property
If you lose any personal belongings during your visit, please speak with a team member or contact the security office.
Free Wifi
Free WiFi is available to all guests.
Toilets
Toilets can be found on the First Floor of the Grosvenor Centre.
First Aid
Trained First Aiders are onsite at all times.
Dog Friendly

Car Park
Grosvenor Shopping Northampton car park is easily accessible, the opening hours are:
- Mon, Sat 8:00am – 6:00pm (Exit barrier closes at 7:00pm)
- Sun 9:30am – 5:30pm (Exit barrier closes at 5:30pm)
