The Gatherings is a flexible community space located within Grosvenor Shopping Centre, created to support local people, organisations and initiatives.
Designed to be welcoming and accessible, the space allows community groups to meet, share ideas, deliver services and host activities in a central town-centre location.
A Space for the Community
The Gatherings is free to use for charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs) and not-for-profit organisations.
The space is suitable for a wide range of activities, including meetings, workshops, training sessions, exhibitions, support services and fundraising initiatives. By providing a free, visible and accessible venue, The Gatherings helps local organisations reach the people who need them most.
Facilities
The Gatherings is fully equipped and includes:
- Seating for up to 40 people
- TV monitor for presentations and displays
- Central location within the shopping centre
